OUR APPROACH
We are a microbrewery located in Springfield, Illinois, the Land of Lincoln. As a brewery, it is our goal to do things a bit differently by focusing first on true quality. There's nothing standard about our approach to brewing beer. We grow small batches of our own hops on the farm in which the brewery is located. We have begun experimenting with growing our own wheat and hope to be brewing with it soon. We are obsessive about creating fine beer, tediously taking measurements and samples of everything at each step of the brewing process. We do this while still maintaining an artful balance in our approach to brewing. For you, this means great beer, hand made from scratch.

We have been invited to join the Illinois Grape Growers and Vintners Association (IGGVA), Downtown Springfield Inc. (DSI), and the Old Capitol Foundation to participate in the annual Art of Illinois Wine Garden. This event coincides with the Old Capital Art Fair so you can make a day of enjoying the finest beer, wine and art that Illinois has to offer.

SPRINGFIELD JAYCEES INTERNATIONAL BEER FESTIVAL 5pm-10pm
We will be located in the Illinois Building at the Illinois State Fairgrounds.
admission is $10.00 and beer samples will be $1.00 a piece. Sorry kids, 21 and over only, must have a valid ID to enter.

GROWLER FILLING
At this time, we will have growler hours only on a semi regular basis. We are still working on a regular schedule, so until then look for announcements on our Facebook page and our website for when we will have this service available to you.
